By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that they have read and understood this policy, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

For any refund, return, replacement, store credit, warranty, or product-related claim, customers must contact B-LED Customer Support through the official channels below:

WhatsApp: +91-7080292614
Please provide:
Order ID
Valid invoice/proof of purchase
Product photographs, where applicable

B-LED will review and verify the submitted information before approving any refund, replacement, store credit, or other applicable resolution.
2. Return & Replacement Coverage
Official B-LED Website/App Orders
B-LED does not provide a 7-day unconditional “No Questions Asked” return or exchange policy for direct orders placed through the official B-LED website/app.
Returns, refunds, replacements, store credits, and warranty claims are subject to the eligibility requirements, verification process, and conditions stated in this policy and applicable law.
Marketplace Orders
For products purchased through third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, or other authorized marketplaces, the applicable return/replacement policy and procedure of the respective marketplace will apply during the marketplace’s applicable return/replacement period.
After the applicable marketplace return/replacement period, eligible product defects may be considered under the B-LED 1-Year Limited Warranty, subject to this policy and applicable law.
3. Order Cancellation
A. Cancellation Before Dispatch
Customers may request cancellation before the order is dispatched from the B-LED warehouse.
For eligible cancellations made before dispatch, the prepaid order amount will be refunded to the original payment method or, where applicable, a verified UPI ID.
B. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, B-LED may require an advance payment towards estimated shipping, packaging, or logistics charges at the time of order confirmation.
The remaining eligible product amount will be collected upon delivery by the authorized delivery partner.
C. Cancellation After Dispatch / Refusal of Delivery
If an order is cancelled after dispatch or the customer refuses to accept the delivery after dispatch, the actual non-recoverable shipping, return-logistics, and packaging costs incurred by B-LED may be deducted from any amount otherwise refundable, subject to applicable law.
For prepaid orders, the eligible balance amount, if any, will be processed after the returned package reaches the B-LED warehouse and is inspected.
For COD orders, any advance amount paid towards shipping/logistics may be retained to the extent necessary to cover applicable non-recoverable logistics and packaging costs, subject to applicable law.
4. B-LED 1-Year Limited Warranty
B-LED products are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against genuine manufacturing defects, subject to the applicable product category and the terms of this policy.
The warranty applies to manufacturing or product defects arising during normal and intended use.
The warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification or repair, physical damage, water or liquid damage, electrical surge, fire, incorrect electrical connection, or other exclusions stated in this policy.
5. Category A – Standard Consumer Products
Category A includes, but is not limited to:
If a genuine manufacturing defect is reported within the applicable warranty period and successfully verified by B-LED, the customer may choose an applicable resolution from the options below.
Option 1: Cash Refund via UPI
Applicable fees:
Small LED Bulbs (e.g. 9W): ₹10 per unit
Medium LED Lights (e.g. Concealed / Deep / Surface Lights): ₹15 per unit
Heavy / Surface / AC-DC Bulbs: ₹20 per unit
The eligible refund amount, after applicable deductions, will be transferred to the customer’s verified UPI ID within 3–5 business days after final claim approval, subject to applicable banking/payment-processing timelines.
Where applicable law requires a different remedy or prohibits a particular deduction, the applicable legal requirement will prevail.
6. Option 2 – 100% Store Credit
Instead of an eligible cash refund, the customer may choose 100% Store Credit, subject to successful claim verification and approval.
No Administrative & Handling Fee will be deducted when Store Credit is selected.
The customer will receive a B-LED Store Credit Coupon Code equivalent to 100% of the eligible item’s purchase value, subject to the terms below.
Orders Below ₹500
Orders of ₹500 or Above
When the B-LED Store Credit Coupon is used on a new order valued at ₹500 or above, the customer will receive:
Store Credit Validity
All B-LED Store Credit Coupon Codes are valid for 60 days from the date of issue.
After 60 days, the coupon will automatically expire and cannot ordinarily be extended or reissued.
7. Category B – High-Wattage & Commercial Products
Category B includes, but is not limited to:
Replacement-Based Warranty Resolution
For eligible Category B products with a genuine manufacturing defect verified during the warranty period, B-LED will provide applicable tested replacement components, such as:
Eligible replacement components will be provided with free shipping, subject to warranty verification and availability.
Electrician Allowance
After the replacement component has been successfully installed and the customer submits the required installation/test video confirmation, B-LED will provide an Electrician Allowance of ₹50 via UPI, subject to claim approval.
For eligible Category B warranty claims, resolution will generally be provided through replacement components rather than a monetary cash refund, subject to applicable law.
8. Transit Damage & Broken Products
If a customer receives a B-LED product that appears physically damaged during transit, such as:
Unboxing Video
For transit-damage claims, customers should provide a clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video showing, as far as reasonably possible:
The unopened package before opening
The shipping label and order details
The complete opening/unboxing process
The product immediately after opening
The visible physical damage
The unboxing video may be required for verification of transit-damage claims.
After successful verification, B-LED will provide an applicable free replacement for the damaged product, subject to product availability and applicable law.
Important: The unboxing-video requirement applies specifically to transit physical-damage claims. It does not replace the defective-product test-video requirement for products that become defective during normal use.
9. Warranty Claim – Product Becomes Defective After Use
If a B-LED product was received in proper condition but becomes defective during normal use within the applicable warranty period, the customer must submit:
Order ID
Valid invoice/proof of purchase
Clear photographs, where requested
A clear, continuous and unedited Defective Product Test Video showing the product connected to an appropriate power source and clearly demonstrating the fault
Visible serial number, batch code, or B-LED branding, where available
B-LED may request additional information, photographs, videos, or testing details where reasonably required to verify the claim.
10. Conditions That May Void the Warranty
The B-LED warranty may not apply where the product has been damaged or modified due to:
Unauthorized Tampering
Opening or modifying the internal driver
Altering circuitry, PCB, wiring, or components
Unauthorized repair or modification
Physical & Environmental Damage
Electrical Damage
Product Identification
Removal, alteration, or tampering with serial numbers
Removal or alteration of batch codes
Removal or alteration of product identification/branding where such identification is required for warranty verification
The final warranty determination will be made after verification of the product and claim.
11. Refund & Replacement Processing Time
Cash Refund
Replacement
Approved replacement products or components are generally dispatched within 5–7 business days after final claim approval, subject to product/component availability and logistics conditions.
Delivery time after dispatch may vary depending on the customer’s location and courier service.
12. Important Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
Providing a correct Order ID and contact information
Providing valid proof of purchase when requested
Providing accurate photographs and videos
Following reasonable product-testing or troubleshooting instructions provided by B-LED
Ensuring proper installation and electrical connection of the product
Keeping the product and its identification details available for verification where required
False, misleading, edited, or manipulated evidence may result in rejection of the claim.
13. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or override any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable Indian laws and regulations.
Where any provision of this policy conflicts with a mandatory requirement of applicable law, the applicable legal requirement will prevail.
14. Policy Updates
B-LED reserves the right to update, modify, or revise this policy from time to time.
The latest version of this policy published on the official B-LED website/app will apply to eligible claims, subject to applicable law and the terms applicable to the relevant order.
